What is the return policy?
If you're not totally satisfied with your order, simply reach out to us via the contact form. We are commited to resolving the issue for you!
When will I get my order?
This will depend on your selected shipping method during checkout. Orders are shipped with - and without - tracking to keep shipping costs low for you! Please expect 5-7 days for orders shipped without tracking in the USA, and up to 1 month for orders without tracking internationally.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship internationally to most countries! If you do not see your country listed when checking out, please feel free to contact us.
Where are your products manufactured?
All sticker sheets are manufactured in our studio in Michigan, USA! Washi Tapes are manufactured using a small business in China.
Are stickers waterproof?
Sticker sheets are printed on paper suitable for use in journals - these are not designed to come in contact with water.
Single stickers are made with a waterproof sticker paper base, and then laminated for extra durability. They hold up well to hand washing but are not suitable to be put in the dishwasher. Single stickers are not designed for outside use - such as a car decal.
